Will my email address change?

How will I pay my bill?

Your payment options stay the same. You can pay your bill by mail (simply use the remit envelope included in your monthly statement), in person at a Payment Center or by credit card over the phone.

Will my channel lineup change?

Eventually, yes. We will begin introducing a great new Digital Cable lineup this fall, with lots of new programming choices, 100% digital quality, and a new navigational feature that will make channel surfing a snap.

Will I need different equipment?

No. You’ll continue to use the same equipment that’s already in your home.
